Racémes is a story of friendship, passion, and a shared love for wine and gastronomy. Founded by Arthur and Roman, their journey began in 2022 at the Amboise wine school in the Loire Valley, where their paths crossed and their vision took shape. Inspired by their studies and hands-on experiences at wineries across France, they launched Racémes in 2023. They work closely with dedicated farmers throughout the growing season, carefully selecting and manually harvesting each plot to ensure the highest quality fruit. At their Montlouis-sur-Loire winery, every cuvée is vinified with only indigenous yeasts, staying true to their philosophy of expressing the purity of vintage, terroir, and grape variety.

Racémes is more than just wine—it’s a deep commitment to the Loire Valley and a testament to the meaningful collaborations that sustain its vibrant winemaking community.
